Saw three mistle thrush today, at top of the hill by playground. Saw one in the playground the day before and then one (possibly the same one) towards Vicars Hill.
ReplyDeletePlus saw a woodpecker, lesser spotted yesterday in tree near Bothy.
Should I start feeding sparrows mealie worms or something now it is nesting season?
Yes, now would be a good time to give sparrows extra help, and mealie worms are a favourite.
